As you may know, tomorrow the Supreme Court will begin oral arguments for Dobbs v. Jackson, a case which will have a tremendous effect on legal abortion in this country no matter which way the ruling goes. In time, it may even lead to the overturning of Roe v. Wade. 

We’ll be sharing more detail about this landmark case in the near future, but for now we wanted to share this link to a brief overview, and to ask everyone to make an extra effort to be gracious with people who don’t share our beliefs. This is a sensitive and emotionally-charged topic, so it’s vital that we be respectful and compassionate.

We encourage those among you who are believers to see if your churches, bible studies, or community groups will be having prayer vigils and services praying for a just outcome to the case, for the safety of the judges and their families, and for health and well-being for all affected. Please pray together with friends and family for the same.

Our desire is to foster an environment where we help everyone – children, women, and men alike – to live happy and fulfilling lives, to have their rights protected, and to be guaranteed justice under the law. May we all work together to achieve this, and may those believers among us join in prayer to see it done.
